Even though this type of fishing has grown enormously in recent years, the JMC brand can look back on many years of experience in the development of special predator fly rods. This is also proven by the technically mature and modern fly rods of the PUNISHER series, with which you can excellently pursue a wide range of predatory fish in fresh as well as in salt water.
The 3 available models of this fly rod series are all 4-section and 9 foot (274 cm) long. The models are designed for line classes #6/7, #8/9 as well as #10/11, so that you will find the right sized fly rod for a huge variety of different predatory fish. The matt black blank is made from a high modulus carbon fibre with multi-directional braiding and the use of nano resins. The result is a medium-fast, incredibly powerful, responsive, and very precise fly rod with which you can confidently control even very large and strong predatory fish in the fight and land them safely.
The components used to finish the PUNISHER fly rod series are of the highest quality. The Full Wells rod handles of this fly rod series are made of a specially processed cork material, called grip cork, which makes the fly rod fit comfortably your hand and offers a secure and firm grip in all conditions. As is usual with fly rods of this line classes, the PUNISHER fly rods are also equipped with a fighting butt. The edges of the rod handle and fighting butt are provided with protective rubber cork. The anodised reel seat, which is made entirely of aluminium, is also very robust and gives this fly rod series a distinctive appearance thanks to its colouring.
SIC guide rings and saltwater-resistant single leg running guides ensure that the fly rods of the PUNISHER series can be used in both fresh and salt water without hesitation, so that their range of use is enormously increased.
All PUNISHER fly rods are supplied in a black, comfortable, and practical rod tube with internal compartments.
