NYMPHS FOR THE JUMPING JACK RIG

SO CATCHY FOR TROUT AND GRAYLING THAT THIS METHOD HAS EVEN BEEN BANNED ON SOME WATERS.

Fishing with the jumping jack rig is an extremely effective fishing technique for trout and grayling in rivers. It is so extremely catchy that this method has even been banned on some waters.

In this product category you will find a wide range of special nymphs for the jumping jack rig. If you want to see for yourself how incredibly successful this technique is, you can buy the best nymphs for the jumping jack rig here. Our nymphs have proven themselves on many different waters.

All our nymphs are hand tied with first class tying materials on quality hooks in sizes #12, #14, and #16. We have nymphs with brass heads as well as with glass heads. In some more subtle patterns, the head is tied with tying thread only.

These nymphs resemble the fly type of wet flies with their backward wing base made of soft hackle fibres. As a special feature they have an approx. 10cm long premium monofilament, which is tied in during the construction of these nymphs. This allows the nymphs to be tied very quickly and easily to the sabiki line. In this way you can make very individual sabikis for fishing with the jumping jack.

The jumping jack assures that the flies on your sabiki rig are constantly offered in the "hot zone" just above the bottom, where the fish hold. Due to the huge casting distances, you can cover systematically entire stretches of water. That's why fishing with the jumping jack rig is so incredibly catchy. By the way, we also have the matching jumping jacks in different weights for you.

These nymphs are not only ideal for use with the jumping jack rig flowing water. They are also suitable in still waters when fishing for trout with a sabiki rig from the bank without a float. However, we recommend combining it here with a compact pear weight. This allows the fish to hook themselves very securely. With the filter function "water type", you can sort the nymphs according to whether they are more suitable for use in the river or in the lake.
